Jim is a Chartered Accountant with almost 20 years of experience working with business owners and teams in advisory and consulting roles. He was born in London and has been based in Kent since 2002.
As well as his love for Xero and digital applications, Jim’s love for Arsenal also runs deep, and can often be found at the Emirates, or watching the game with his son.

Steve has worked as a design and creative leader for over 10 years. Having started his working life in banking in London, he moved into creative industries, most recently running a digital agency for 10 years before working in a B2B marketing in London.
Over the years Steve’s worked with some of the world’s biggest brands from Vodafone to Fujifilm, Santander to EE and CBRE among many others as a consultant and design leader.
Steve loves spending time with his family, coaching or watching football, especially his beloved West Ham United (now European champions) and specialty coffee.
